Is KombatOS meant for MMA gyms?
Yes. MMA is a first-class discipline: fight cards, judge scoring and round-by-round results, alongside Karate. Run a different combat sport? Tell us and we will build for it.
Can I run my non-martial-arts gym on it?
You can. The belt system is fully yours to define, so for a fitness gym it becomes levels or goals. Structure them out, explain what each level means in a member's journey, and attach them to your curriculum. It gamifies your students' journey and keeps them engaged.
Do I need new hardware?
No. Face check-in runs on any tablet or phone camera, and QR check-in works on the devices you already own.
How do my members pay?
Your UPI QR on public payment pages, online payments, or cash and card recorded at the desk with GST invoices.
Is WhatsApp automation included?
Yes. Fee reminders, renewal nudges and welcome messages go out over WhatsApp and email once it is enabled for your academy on activation.
Can I bring my existing members and belt history?
