Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your KombatOS account and the personal data we hold for it. Once your request is processed, you will no longer be able to sign in, and your personal profile data is removed from our systems.

• Your login and profile (name, email, phone, photo).
• Your athlete record where it belongs to you (belts, attendance, results).
• Personal data held in an academy you own, together with that academy's members and records, once ownership is unwound.

Some records may be kept where the law requires it (for example, tax invoices for payments), and are deleted at the end of the legally required period. Anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be retained.

We complete deletion within 30 days of your request. You will receive an email confirming we have received it.

You do not have to delete your whole KombatOS account to remove specific data.

Face check-in data. If you enrolled in face check-in at an academy, you can delete it yourself at any time:

• Sign in to KombatOS on the web or in the Android app.
• Open Account settings from the menu under your name.
• Scroll to the Biometric Data section and find your academy.
• Tap Delete my face data, then confirm.

This deletes your stored face template immediately and withdraws your biometric consent. Nothing else about your membership changes, and you continue marking attendance by manual, PIN or QR check-in. Your account, belts, attendance history and payments are all kept.

Any other personal data. To ask us to remove specific information while keeping your account, email [email protected] from your account email address and tell us what to delete. We respond within 30 days. Where your data is held by an academy as its own records, we act on that academy's instruction and will help them action your request. Records we are legally required to keep, such as tax invoices, are retained until the end of the required period and then deleted.
