What deletion means
You can ask us to delete your KombatOS account and the personal data we hold for it. Once your request is processed, you will no longer be able to sign in, and your personal profile data is removed from our systems.
What is deleted
- Your login and profile (name, email, phone, photo).
- Your athlete record where it belongs to you (belts, attendance, results).
- Personal data held in an academy you own, together with that academy's members and records, once ownership is unwound.
Some records may be kept where the law requires it (for example, tax invoices for payments), and are deleted at the end of the legally required period. Anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be retained.
How long it takes
We complete deletion within 30 days of your request. You will receive an email confirming we have received it.
