Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KombatOS website, academy-management and CRM tools, tournament software, and related services (together, the "Platform"), operated by Koshaary Ventures LLP ("KombatOS", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

• "Customer" means an academy, club, organiser, coach, or other entity that uses the Platform to run its operations.
• "Member Data" means data a Customer enters or uploads about its members, students, staff, or fighters.
• "User" means any individual who accesses the Platform, including Customers, coaches, fighters, and members.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Platform. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account, and you agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

KombatOS provides software to run martial arts academies and combat-sports events — including member and lead management, memberships and billing, attendance, belts and grading, staff and personal training, reporting, and tournament registration, brackets, and live scoring. We may add, change, or remove features over time, and some features may be offered as part of different plans or as roadmap items.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Upload data you do not have the right to provide, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Platform except as permitted by law.

As between you and KombatOS, you retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and use that data solely to provide and improve the Platform.

If you are a Customer, you are the controller of your Member Data. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis and any necessary consents — including verifiable parental or guardian consent for minors — to collect, upload, and manage that data, and for handling it in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

Some features may be free, offered on a trial basis, or available on paid plans. Where fees apply, you agree to pay them as described at the time of purchase, along with any applicable taxes. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing on a prospective basis with reasonable notice.

The Platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by KombatOS and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or content except the limited right to use the Platform as intended.

The Platform relies on and may link to third-party services (such as hosting, email delivery, media storage, and payment processing). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

We work to keep the Platform available and reliable, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KombatOS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Platform in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold KombatOS harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your data (including Member Data), or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Platform and its users. On termination, your right to use the Platform ends; we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts at Gurgaon, Haryana, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform, subject to any applicable mandatory law.
