What is a combat sports business OS?

A combat sports business operating system is a single platform that runs both sides of a martial arts business — the academy (members, memberships, billing, attendance, belts, staff and reports) and the competitions (registration, brackets, live scoring and results) — on one shared roster and identity. Instead of stitching together a gym CRM, a spreadsheet and separate bracket software, a member and a competitor are the same record. KombatOS is the combat sports OS for karate and MMA.

How is it different from generic gym management software?

Generic gym software is built for class booking and billing and has no concept of WKF categories, belt ladders, kumite/kata scoring or MMA fight cards. A combat sports OS is purpose-built for those rules and adds a full tournament engine, so the same platform that tracks a student's belt also enters them into events and records their results. The difference is one roster across academy and competition instead of two disconnected tools.

What does a combat sports OS include?

It includes two connected engines. The Academy & CRM engine handles a leads-to-members pipeline, memberships and GST billing, attendance with QR check-in, belts and grading, staff and payroll, and financial reports such as P&L, forecast and retention. The Tournament engine handles online registration, WKF-compliant auto-bracketing with bye seeding, centralized live scoring for karate kumite/kata and MMA, and results, medals and a spectator portal.

See it by discipline: karate software and MMA software.

Why does "one roster, one identity" matter?

Because your academy members are the same people you enter into competitions. With one roster you enter your squad into an event in a click, and every bout, medal and result flows back to each member's profile automatically — no spreadsheet re-entry and no duplicate records. A fighter's competition history and their belt journey live in the same identity.

Who is a combat sports OS for?

It is built for academy owners and head coaches who run a martial arts business, and for tournament organizers, federations and MMA promoters who run events. Many KombatOS users are both — they run a dojo day to day and host or attend championships through the year.

Is KombatOS only for karate and MMA?

Karate and MMA are live today with full discipline-specific scoring. The core platform is discipline-agnostic, and kickboxing, Brazilian jiu jitsu and taekwondo are on the roadmap, so an academy teaching multiple disciplines can manage them all on one roster.

How much does a combat sports OS cost?

KombatOS is free to start — you can run your academy and your tournaments on the platform without an upfront licence fee. KombatOS is operated by Kosharry Ventures LLP, Gurgaon, India.
